Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order within 24 hours and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@essentialsbyjustbe.com or contact us through our ‘Contact Us’. We are UNABLE to cancel orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping. 

If making a request to return/exchange/cancel your order, please send an email to support@essentialsbyjustbe.com. You will get a response within 48 hours. Essentials by Just Be will not honor any returns/exchanges/cancellations without prior written permission and all loss will be afforded by the customer.
